Wedding Planning + Styling with Wed & Willow - Feel completely at ease while we assist with booking and planning a travel itinerary for you and guests, sourcing local vendors, obtaining your legal paperwork requirements and permits, location scouting upon arrival, styling your wedding day, and planning any post-ceremony set-up or reservations. Wed & Willow will serve as your wedding day coordinator making sure everything is beautiful for your "I Do" moment on the coast of California.

Valid for an elopement wedding, intimate wedding (10 guests or less) or vow renewal in the Big Sur, California region. LGBTQ Friendly businesses; open to all types of couples.
You must be 18 years or older to enter.
By entering this contest, you agree to pay $2500 for DeGroot Film Co. & Wed & Willow if you are selected as the winner.
Couples who have already booked with the vendors are not eligible for this contest.
You cannot already be in contract with another photographer or videographer, coordinator or wedding planner.
Winners will be selected based on availability of DeGroot Film Co. and Wed & Willow.
The winners will be notified by the email address provided and we will announce on our social media platforms by August 21st.
If the winning couple cannot or will not claim their prize within 2 days, the prize will be awarded to another couple.
A contract with each vendor must be signed and returned within 1 week of winning, along with 50% of the travel expenses.
Only one couple will be awarded the grand prize, with 6 hours of photo and video coverage on their wedding date, a web gallery, and a print release. They will also be awarded coordinating and stylist with Wed & Willow. The value of this package is over $9,000.
This giveaway prize cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service. The giveaway cannot be combined with any other offer.
The winning couple agrees to be featured on www.degrootfilmco.com, and on any other publication that DeGroot Film Co. submits to. The names and images of the winning couple will be used by DeGroot Film Co. for promotional purposes.
