When Devin and I were booking our wedding venue in Colorado, we really wanted to head up into the mountains and take some elopement inspired photos of ourselves. With the help of Erin from Rogue Beauty, my hair and makeup was looking amazing and thankfully the wind was low for a gorgeous and intimate sunset adventure elopement in Rocky Mountain National Park.
We might have tricked a few friends and family members that we actually eloped, but it was all in good fun. ;)

As we mentioned in our Colorado Road trip post, we went back out to Colorado in September. We drove home on a Friday (16 hour drive), did laundry and got in some kitty cuddles on Saturday, then on Sunday we were off to California to photograph and film a last minute elopement in Carmel by the Sea / Big Sur!
As some of you might know, we have had the incredible opportunity to frequently travel to the Big Sur area. We absolutely love it and we actually almost moved there a little over a year ago. There is always so much to explore and lets be honest - The ocean and sunsets don't get old! ;)
